  • High Road, Totteridge & Whetstone: Is the demolition of a bank on the high road and new build of 5 apartments & commercial A1 shop complete Sept 2020
  • Molly Millar Lane, Wokingham Berkshire: This was the conversion of an old printers into 9 self contained commercial spaces and two office blocks with a café completed 2019
  • Bury Hill, Hindhead, Surrey: This was the demolition of an old warehouse and the new build of 6 houses completed November 2014
  • Stoke Road, Guildford, Surrey: This was the demolition of an old mill and the new build of 24 flat completed December 2014
  • High Street, Aldershot, Hampshire: This was the conversion of an office on high street  into 6 flats completed March 2015
  • Lavender Park Road, West Byfleet, Surrey: This was the conversion of an office block into  22 flats  completed June 2016
  • Duke Street, Woking, Surrey: This was the conversion of a council office block for a housing association into 58 flats  2016 (Stage 4)
  • Goldworth Road, Woking, Surrey: This is the demolition of a church and 2 offices blocks to create a 16 story tower of 88 flat and parking facilities 2016 (Stage 3)
  • Canal Way, Godalming, Surrey: This is the conversion of a part office complex into 16 flats, completed 2017
  • Blackdown Road, Deepcut, Surrey: This was the conversion of an old office complex into 6 flat scheme completed March 2018
  • Links Way, Richmond, London: This was the demolition of an old building and the new build of 2 detached high specification homes completed 2014
  • Gower Road, Weighbridge, Surrey: This was the demolition of a block of flats and the new build of 7 high specification homes completed 2015
